Sylvia Aves Spradlin, DDS

Dr. Sylvia A. Spradlin is a 1990 graduate of the University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Dentistry. Dr. Spradlin is married and has three children: two girls, Mica and Megan, and one son, Josh. After graduation, Dr. Spradlin moved to Hawaii with her husband, Mike and practiced General Dentistry with the military for one year. Afterwards, she moved back to Kansas City and associated with other dentists until she opened her own practice in February 2001 in the Olathe Medical Center. In August 2009, Dr. Spradlin moved into her current office across from Olathe Northwest High School at 11132 Lone Elm Road.

Kim Voshel, Office Manager

Kim has lived and worked for Dr. Sylvia Spradlin for 17 years. She has worked in the medical and dental fields for over 30 years. Kim and her husband, Dennis, have great dane dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys boating at the lake and shopping.

Jeannette Conduff, Dental Assistant

Jeannette has worked for Dr. Sylvia A. Spradlin for over 10 years. She and her husband, Jefferey, have two daughters and one grandson. Jeannette served in the U.S. Navy for five years and has been a dental assistant for over 30 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and working in the yard.

Aram Aghdaie, Dental Hygienist

Aram graduated from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and has been a dental hygienist for 13 years. She loves to be in the healthcare profession, where she can smile and make a difference in people’s health. Aram loves traveling, biking, reading books, and spending time with her friends.

Deanna Cotter, Dental Hygienist

Deanna joined Dr. Spradlin’s in October of 2014. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Johnson County Community College in 2011. Prior to earning her degree in dental hygiene, Deanna graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Kansas State University in 2005. Deanna’s favorite part of being a dental hygienist is building relationships with patients and making them feel comfortable in the dental chair. Deanna is married to her wonderful husband David and they have 2 dogs Snickers and Hank. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, coaching gymnastics and spending time with family and friends.
